This November, The Shack is transforming into a Winter Wonderland!
Vendors & Artists
We need amazing, dedicated, and festive vendors to make this special! That's where you come in. We're looking for vendors selling unique, hand-made crafts, goods, or art that will appeal to people as they are checking things off their holiday gift list. We will be hosting a wide variety of different vendors every Saturday & Sunday in November and December (beginning 11/14).
We encourage you to apply for as few or as many dates as you are interested in - maybe you're up for just one day, or would like to be with us every weekend - simply check the applicable dates of interest on the application and we will review! A timeline for application deadlines and status notification can be found on the application.

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting this application does not guarantee your acceptance as a vendor at our market. You will be notified of your application acceptance or rejection–at the latest–3 weeks prior to the scheduled market date(s). Once you have been notified of your acceptance, you will receive an invoice for your booth rental fees. Payment is due–at the latest–2 weeks prior to your scheduled market date(s).

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, signage and displays - The Shack will not provide any equipment to you including tents, tables, service counters, chairs, storage units and/or any other equipment for the sale of your products. Tents may be set up at any booth where space allows, but tents are not necessary for indoor or outdoor covered spaces. For the outdoor uncovered spaces, it is strongly recommended that you bring your own tent. Any outdoor vendor that chooses to set up a tent must anchor it to the ground by weights at all times. Booth owners are responsible and liable for the security and safety of their structures, as well as anything contained inside.
Nothing may be attached to any walls, ceilings, columns or fencing unless using zip ties or string that can be cut down at the end of the day. 3M Hooks, staples, tape, glue, etc may not be used.
Vendors may not pack up and leave an empty space before closing time. In the event of a sell out you may leave your booth to walk around, but your table, signage and any set up/decor must remain in place until 6:00pm. All equipment, supplies and overstock must be stowed and hidden within the space provided - no unsightly materials or equipment should be visible to customers.
Each space must be kept clean and cleared out entirely of trash or debris at the end of the day; each vendor is responsible for taking their own garbage to the provided dumpster, or risk being be billed for its removal.
Electricity can be provided upon request, but the vendor must provide extension cords and booth allotment may be influenced by the need for electricity.
Vendors are responsible for collecting their own payment, and please note that WiFi is NOT provided. Any vendor wishing to take credit card payments using the internet is encouraged to bring their own WiFi hotspot. Vendors must also collect, report and pay their own local & state sales tax on all items sold. To obtain a Virginia sales tax number, please visit
